Luchinski, who returned to MLB, warmly bids farewell “I am a member of NC for the rest of my life”
On the 27th, Luchinski sent a video message through the NC club’s YouTube channel, saying, “Unfortunately, I will not be able to join you in Masan, Changwon, but I want to say thank you.”

He also said, “My wife and I were able to live comfortably in Korea because the best fans always cheered passionately.”
He concluded, “I will be a member of NC for the rest of my life,” and “I want to meet you in Tucson, Arizona (where NC Spring Camp is held).”
Luchinski played in the American Professional Baseball Major League (MLB) from 2014 to 2018 and played a big role as an NC ace from 2019 to 2022.
He participated in 121 KBO league games and recorded 53 wins, 36 losses, and an average ERA of 3.06.
After the 2022 season, NC pushed for a renewal of the contract with Luchinski, but Luchinski signed a contract with MLB Oakland for $8 million for 1+1 years.
